Our speakers

Laszlo Sereny

Laszlo has been working for SIPLACE/SIEMENS/ASMPT for more than 20 years and is today Head of Global Sales Learning Management at ASMPT. With degrees in electronics and control engineering and in business administration as well as leading positions in sales and quality management at ASMPT, he combines decades of technical know-how with corresponding economic aspects. The audience appreciates Laszlo as the key speaker within ASMPT's training and education program: With infectious enthusiasm, a good dose of humor as well as customer and solution orientation, he always knows how to present even highly complex topics with a plethora of information in an entertaining and exciting way.

Alexander Hagenfeldt

Alexander started working in the SMT industry ten years ago after completing his bachelor degree in design and product development. Throughout his tenure as Product Marketing Manager at ASMPT, Alexander has gained extensive experience from working with electronics manufacturers all around the world. Realizing that many companies are working on similar problems, he founded the SMT Smart Network to bring together likeminded people to collaborate in the pursuit of shaping the factory of the future. Alexander is a firm believer that smart automation is inevitable and that seamless integration between hardware and software is the key to unlocking the true potential of any factory.

Jérôme Rousval

Jérôme graduated from the Université des Sciences et Technologies de Lille I in 1996 with a degree in physics. He has been working in the SMT field for 21 years, including more than six years at ASMPT. Jérôme is a proven specialist for all types of inspection technology and optimization of manufacturing processes, e.g. through positions in quality management, as engineer for pre- and post-reflow AOIs or as specialist in SPI and laser technology. In the ASMPT Product Marketing Team, he is today responsible for the automated process optimization solution Process Expert, taking the lead in driving the introduction of AI across the entire SMT production line and beyond.
